We love meeting new people at the markets!

Sometimes we find out where our customers are from ... and it really is from all over Australia and from all over the world! For example, last weekend we sold items to visitors from Seattle, USA and Japan, as well as those from Melbourne and Adelaide to name a few locations!

Sometimes we swap knitting or crocheting tips and patterns, with those who are as passionate about handmade goodies as we are!

Sometimes we share ideas of things to do in the local area or recommend some of our fellow stallholders goodies - it always good to champion other local small businesses who are also working hard to get their names out there!

But there is one question without a doubt that we get asked at every single market we attend - can you guess what it is?

Do you make it all yourselves?!

YES, YES and YES - every single item we sell has been handmade by us!

We take the time to order in all our supplies from other small local businesses where possible.

We take the time to make unique designs and try not to duplicate anything that other people sell locally.

And we spend literally hours and hours behind the scenes making the goodies that we sell online and at the markets.

Over time and as Wish Pom Pom has grown, all members of the family have become involved in the making. We all have other commitments; work and school and so many other things ... but in the evenings and on the weekends when we're not at markets we're always, planning, designing and making! It's our happy place!
